It was a great pleasure to be asked to review Pálás an Phobail for Type.ie, an immersive event curated by Blanka Major for Architecture at the Edge in partnership with Hinterland.
The event was held as part of Culture Night Late in Galway City on 18th September 2026 and featured contributions from Professor Anna Davies of Trinity College Dublin and Michael Higgins, Political Liaison and Systems Change Lead at Bohemians Cooperatives. I won’t rattle on in any more detail because I want you to read the article on type.ie instead!
Many thanks to Cormac Murray for trusting me with this piece for the write-up and to all involved for putting on a great night.
